Instant or preliminary quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Pricing, availability, inclusions, travel, staffing, and setup requirements may change after review of the complete event details.

Submitting a form, receiving an estimate, or discussing a date does not reserve that date. A booking is confirmed only through the written confirmation and payment or signature steps stated in the final proposal or service agreement.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event dates, times, locations, guest counts, service selections, and access information. Changes may affect pricing, staffing, product quantities, equipment, or availability and must be approved in writing.

Any deposit amount, payment schedule, accepted payment method, cancellation treatment, refund eligibility, rescheduling rule, or weather-related adjustment will be stated in the proposal, invoice, or service agreement presented for the specific event.

This website does not create a separate fixed cancellation or refund policy. If a written event document is silent or unclear, contact Reyes for clarification before accepting or paying for the booking.

The client must confirm that the venue permits the selected mobile service and provide accurate loading, parking, elevator, security, check-in, and access instructions. Delays or extra requirements caused by undisclosed restrictions may reduce service time or require an approved adjustment.

Cart and dessert services may require a dedicated standard 110-120V outlet or other operating conditions identified during quoting. The client is responsible for confirming that the venue can provide the requirements stated in the final event documents.

Outdoor service requires a safe, level, accessible work area and may require shelter from rain, wind, heat, or direct sun. Weather decisions, postponements, or related charges are governed by the written terms accepted for the event; no fixed weather promise is created by this webpage.

Service duration begins and ends at the times confirmed in the event documents. Reyes requires reasonable access before and after service for setup and breakdown. Client or venue delays do not automatically extend the confirmed service period.

The client must provide a responsible event contact, accurate venue rules, timely approvals, safe working conditions, and any client-provided artwork or information required for customization. The client is responsible for permissions relating to its own logos, names, or supplied designs.

Menu items, flavors, ingredients, milk selections, garnishes, and dessert options are subject to package selection and availability. Whole and almond milk are standard for the current beverage offering, with additional options available by request and confirmation.

Clients must communicate known allergy or dietary concerns before the event. Reyes will provide available ingredient information but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or eliminate all cross-contact risk.

Custom cart fronts, cup stickers, menus, and related materials require timely, usable artwork and written approval. Production timing, availability, and charges are confirmed in the event proposal. Reyes may decline materials that cannot be produced safely, lawfully, or on schedule.

The website uses FlashQuotes to provide the instant-quote interface. Technical availability and processing by that service are outside Reyes's direct control. If the embedded form is unavailable, clients may contact Reyes using the phone number or email listed below.

Unless otherwise identified, the website copy, Reyes branding, photography, service descriptions, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Reyes Coffee Shop LLC. They may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reyes is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website interruptions, inaccurate client-provided information, venue restrictions, undisclosed allergies, or third-party services outside Reyes's reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms as the website and services change. The effective date identifies the version currently published. Event-specific documents already accepted remain governed by their own terms unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
